Come join in the fun and games

We are on every Tuesday morning from 9.30am till 12pm ( 9.30am till 1pm with free lunch once a month).

SPA is a group for the older bigger kids inside us all lol, where you can come and meet people of similar ages, and abilities. 

We have games, sit down light exercise, sit down bowls, crafts, day trips out occasionally, and a good old chin-wag.

Transport is available to and from venue if required.
